All members of the GCC community are expected to adhere to the standards of behavior and code of conduct, as outlined by the Chief Student and Academic Affairs Officer, in order to make all members of the community feel safe and are able to learn while on campus.

If you  are made to feel unsafe while on campus, there are ways to address this. Students may follow the Student Grievance Procedure, speak with a faculty or staff member they feel comfortable with, or visit the Women’s Resource Center. Faculty and staff should contact Human Resources.

The official procedure for any student issue can be found on pages 50-52 and Appendix D-6 through D-9 of the faculty handbook.
