Note that guest students are not eligible to receive financial aid. How to Register as a Guest Student 1. Submit a Guest Student Registration Form To register as a guest student you will need to create an account in our admissions portal if you don’t already have one. Guest students must complete a registration form every semester. Complete Registration Form Please note that if a course requires proof of pre-requisites, you will need to upload a copy of your college transcript (unofficial or official). If you are auditing a class, make sure to check the box on the registration form. No credits are awarded for audited classes, but you must still meet course pre-requisites. 2. Registration Review Staff will review your registration form and check that pre-requisites have been met through placement testing or transcript submission. If you’ve met pre-requisites (or if a class does not have any) you will be registered. If you have not met pre-requisites, you’ll receive an email from us regarding next steps. 3. Access Your GCC Account Guest students who are new to GCC will receive two emails to their verified email address: one with MyGCC login credentials, and one with a temporary password. Log into MyGCC to update your password and view your registration status. Guest students who have previously taken classes and are returning to GCC can log into MyGCC with their existing credentials to view registration activity, or email advising@gcc.mass.edu to confirm registration status.
