Experience the basics of seed saving in this introductory workshop with Tony Reiber, GCC senior special programs coordinator for natural resources. Participants will learn which vegetable and flower seeds are the easiest to save and how to collect, clean and store them. Bring your curiosity and questions—and also feel free to bring your own vegetables and flowers. Participants can take home a selection of seeds plus free jars of GCC community kimchi, homemade by GCC staff with napa cabbage grown in our
