The matrix makes up most of the piece, with the Millerite crystal being very small and within a cavity. This is likely why the specific gravity is so far off of what it is supposed to be, 5.50. The small clear crystals appear to be quartz, with a hardness of 7. The color, streak, and hardness of this piece were obtained from the matrix, as the Millerite is too small and hard to reach.
