I forgot my password. Can I reset it?

Password recovery is only possible if security questions have been set up and an alternate email or mobile device has been verified. If you have never logged into MyGCC and don’t know your password (which depends on when you were first accepted or attended GCC), or if you haven’t set up security questions and an alternate contact method, email studenthelp@stuemail.gcc.mass.edu, visit room N312, or call (413) 775-1356 for help.

If you have previously logged into MyGCC and set up security questions, you can reset your password on the MyGCC login screen by clicking Reset your password and correctly answering your challenge questions.  You will need your GCC username or Student ID to begin this process.
