Administration and Organizational Support Intern

Overview

The Administration and Organizational Support Intern will provide critical support to our Operations and Business Development teams, learning the core principles of business operations, organizational management, and strategic development within a tourism context. This role is ideal for students seeking to understand how administrative efficiency supports broader business growth and project implementation in a fast-paced environment.

Intern Responsibilities

Assist with daily administrative tasks such as scheduling, document management, research, data organizations and refinement, and contact tracking.

Support the preparation of business development reports and strategic planning documents.

Maintain and organize internal databases, ensuring accurate data entry related to client relationships and tourism partners.

Help streamline workflows by identifying areas for operational improvement.

Coordinate internal meetings, managing agendas, and tracking follow-up actions.

Provide project management support for business development and tourism-related initiatives.

Conduct research on local tourism trends and business support strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

Enrolled in a business administration, management, or tourism-related program at a community college.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Understanding of business development and tourism industry dynamics.
