Administrative Assistant Intern Overview Stone Soup CafΓ© (SSC) is a 501(c)(3) organization serving the residents of Franklin County from our location at All Souls Church in downtown Greenfield. Our work centers on two core programs: our Pay-What-You-Can Saturday Meal and Everybodyβs Community Store. Our Values: Respect, Collaboration, Curiosity, and Care. We are offering a part-time internship for a candidate eager to apply their skills to community-centered work. This role provides hands-on experience in nonprofit administration, including data management, Google Workspace, event planning, and weekly meal service support. The intern will work closely with the Director of Community Engagement to support in-house and off-site events, with a primary focus on our 15th Birthday Celebration & Volunteer Appreciation (June 14th) and our annual Harvest Supper (August 22nd). Intern Responsibilities Responsibilities: β Events: Assist in planning and supporting the 15th Birthday/Volunteer Appreciation event and the annual Harvest Supper. β Administration: Provide office support, including data entry and organizational tasks. β Operations: Support on-site meal service and day-to-day Cafe activities as needed that are directly related to events. β Attendance: Must be available for the following key events: β Sunday, June 14, 2026 β Volunteer Appreciation Event β Saturday, August 22, 2026 β Harvest Supper Preferred Qualifications Qualifications: β A strong interest in event planning. β Proficiency in Google Workspace and spreadsheets (Data management). β Excellent writing and verbal communication skills. β Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. β Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. β Enthusiastic about engaging with and supporting volunteers.
