Marketing Intern Overview Seeking marketing help in launching a new series of monthly online cooking classes for people with ADHD, called Your Neurospicy Kitchen. Needs include: • reasonable tech skills, including familiarity with major social media platforms • communication skills for contacting influencers, organizations, and civic groups • research skills to help identify and attract participants and partnerships Compensation is a commission-based percentage of sales from attendees Intern Responsibilities • help refine marketing plan • research into identified areas for partnerships and participants • work on social media efforts • give fresh view to existing and new marketing ideas Preferred Qualifications • reasonable tech skills, including larger social media platforms • pursuing a marketing degree, or related experience • experience in navigating ADHD (not mandatory) to help development of online ADHD cooking class • knowledge of home cooking (not mandatory) Not looking for complete excellence in these qualifications. The most important things are interest and desire to reach these goals Hours Per Week 15 Desired Outcomes Seeking a significant increase in class attendance. As compensation, pay will be 10% of the income from Eventbrite, regardless of whether the owner books the attendees, or you, the intern, books the attendees. Depending on the number of paid attendees, this could be anywhere from $200-$1,700 per month Compensation $200-$1,700/month
