Overview

Mount Snow seeks a GCC student with interest in teaching disabled teens how to ski/snowboard through their therapeutic recreation program. This internship will run during the skiing and snowboarding season, which ends the last week of March.

Intern Responsibilities

Teaching disabled teens to ski and snowboard. Mount Snow can provide instruction to the intern regarding appropriate teaching methodologies and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

Must be able to ski or snowboard at an intermediate level or above.

Desired Outcomes

Helping their students build confidence, social skills, and physical coordination through skiing and snowboarding.
