Campus Meeting Calendar All currently active GCC employees have access to see the Campus Meeting Calendar. The purpose of this calendar is to track and make visible campus meetings of all kinds in order to simplify the scheduling process. Instead of working through email chains to see if your potential meeting time conflicts with other meetings, you can just enable the Campus Meeting calendar in your Google Calendar. Meetings added to this calendar will be visible in your own calendar. Click here for a how-to guide Note that everyone can see the Campus Meeting Calendar, but not everyone can edit it. Roles that normally schedule meetings already have permission to add events to it. The following roles have editing permission: Cabinet Deans & Directors DCPCs Administrative support staff GCCPA President AFSCME Stewards HR Certain Coordinators If your role requires you to regularly schedule campus wide meetings but you find that you do not have edit access, ask your supervisor to submit a help desk ticket requesting your access be upgraded. You will receive an invitation from a member of the IT department with an invitation to edit the calendar.
