The IT department has installed phones in all of the classrooms on campus for emergency and immediate technical needs. These phones only dial internal numbers and Emergency 911.

To make a call, simply pick up the phone and dial the internal 4-digit extension or dial 911.

There are quick-call buttons on these phones that you can press to get to the IT Help Desk, AV Support, Public Safety and the GCC Emergency number. These buttons are labeled on the phone screens next to the perspective button.

To find the internal 4-digit extension for an office, room or person on campus, use the built in contact list. Press the button for contacts and start typing in the person's first name, last name or the room number.

If the phone is ringing and interrupting class, you can press the Send-Calls button or turn down the ringer. Be sure to undo this at the end of class.
