How to Access your GCC Email on Your PC, Phone or Tablet

On a PC:

  1. Click here to access the student email portal.
  2. Sign in with your GCC student username and password. If you do not know your username or password, click here.
  3. Once you enter the correct username and password, you will be logged into your GCC Google Email account.
  4. You should see your Inbox contents in the center of the screen and your folder/label list in the left column.

On Android Devices:

  1. Go to your account settings.
  2. Add your GCC Google account using your full GCC email address and password and follow the instructions. After you finish, you should see a message that says your account sign-in was successful.
  3. Choose which Google Workspace products you want to synchronize to your device.

On Apple Devices:

  1. On your iOS device, open the App Store and search for the Gmail app.
  2. Follow the on-screen instructions to download and install the app.
    You might need to enter your Apple ID and password.
  3. When the installation is complete, open Gmail "".
  4. Tap Sign inand thenGoogleand thenContinue.
  5. Sign in using your GCC Google account.
  6. If you want to receive notifications from Gmail, tap Allow.
