1. Navigate to MyGCC. Click on Forgotten your username or password.

2. Enter your GCC username or your Student ID number and click on the blue Search button. You will be presented with 2 of the 3 security questions you previously set up. Once you answer your security questions, click on the blue Next button.*

3. Once you choose a recovery method, click on the blue Reset Password button.

4. An email with a temporary password will be sent to your personal email account.**

5. Use the temporary password to login to MyGCC. Be sure to change the temporary password in MyGCC as it will expire.

**If you no longer have access to the personal account on file, we will need to verify your identity in person or via a Zoom call.
