It is no longer necessary to fill out a web form to create a Help Desk ticket – an email to helpdesk@gcc.mass.edu describing your problem will do the trick and get the ball rolling for us to lend a hand.

Did your password recently expire and you need a password reset? If you previously set up security questions in MyGCC, you can do this yourself at the GCC Password Recovery page.
If you need tech help you can submit a ticket to the IT Help Desk by sending an email to helpdesk@gcc.mass.edu for support!
