How to Clear Your Browser Cache

In Chrome

1. In the upper right corner of the Chrome window, click on the three vertical dots to access Chrome’s menu.
2. From the Chrome menu, choose Delete Browsing Data.
3. On the Delete browsing data window, click on the Time range drop down menu and choose All time.
4. For the three check boxes, uncheck all except for the box for cached images and files.
5. Click on the blue Delete data button. It may take a minute or so to complete.
6. Close all Chrome windows that you have open. Reopen Chrome and navigate to the page that was not loading correctly.

In Firefox

1. In the upper right corner of the Firefox window, click on the three horizontal lines to access Firefox’s menu.
2. From the Firefox menu choose Settings.
3. From the Settings menu choose Privacy & Security.
4. Scroll down to the Cookies and Site Data section and click on the Clear Data button.
5. Uncheck the box for Cookies and Site Data, and be sure the box for Cached Web Content is checked.
6. Click on the Clear button.
7. Close all Firefox windows that you have open. Reopen Firefox and navigate to the page that was not loading correctly.
