How to Clear Your Browser Cache

In Chrome

In the upper right corner of the Chrome window, click on the three vertical dots to access the Chrome menu
From the Chrome menu, choose Delete Browsing Data
On the Delete browsing data window, click on the Time range drop down menu and choose All time
Optionally check the boxes for Browsing history, Cookies and other site data and cached images and files
Click Delete data (it may take a minute or so to complete)
Close all Chrome windows that you have open. Reopen Chrome and navigate to the page that was not loading correctly.

In Firefox

In the upper right corner of the Firefox window, click on the three horizontal lines to access the Firefox menu
Choose Settings
From the Settings menu choose Privacy & Security
Scroll down to the Cookies and Site Data
Click Clear browsing data
In the Clear browsing and data cookies box, choose Everything in the When drop down menu
Check the box for Temporary cached files and pages
Click Clear
Close all Firefoxwindows that you have open. Reopen Firefoxand navigate to the page that was not loading correctly.
