On campus printing for employees

Printers are strategically placed around campus so that all employees have access to print from their office. To request access to a printer for a GCC device, submit a help desk ticket.

The smaller, local printers around campus are intended for everyday, quick-turnaround office documents. Submitting large jobs to them can lead to equipment malfunctions and a lower quality final product. Instead, for large or specialized print jobs, submit a Printing Request online with Central Services. 


Adjunct service centers in E122 and N225 have printers with copy and scan capability. The computers in the service centers and private offices are connected to these printers.


To request printer supplies or to report a problem with a printer, submit a help desk ticket with the issue and location of the printer.
