This position is face-to-face and on-campus, with no possibility for remote work. Duties Greet students who walk into the Academic Advising Center. Maintain student drop-in log by recording virtual and in-person traffic to the Advising Center. Welcome students attending virtual drop-in hours on Zoom and connect them with advisors/success coaches. Answer Advising Center phone. Assist campus visitors with navigating campus and directions to other campus offices. General office duties such as printing and copying. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to interact with students, faculty, and staff in a courteous and professional manner. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple inquiries. Ability to answer phones and staff main reception desk. Preferred Qualifications Experience in customer service. Working knowledge of Google Sheets. Experience hosting Zoom sessions and managing breakout rooms.
