While not technically an award, Greenfield Community College annually confers the honor of representing and addressing the graduating class at Commencement on one or more graduating students. Students can self-nominate or be nominated by faculty or staff members as well as fellow students. All nominees will be asked to submit brief answers to the questions on the nomination form. If nominated by someone other than themselves, the questions will be sent to the nominee to complete and return. Selected nominees will be asked to provide a 2-3 minute "preview" speech before the Student Speaker Selection Committee.
