Update Security Information in MyGCC

For the purpose of resetting your GCC password in the future

  1. Log into MyGCC.
  1. Near the top, click on MyAccount and under Personal Information select Security Management.
  1. There you can add/remove a personal email address and reset your security questions.
  1. After adding a new personal email address, you will receive an email in that account with a link to verify the account. Once you click on the link, that account will be considered verified for future password resets.

For the purpose of receiving GCC alerts for emergencies, closures or tests to the Alert GCC system

  1. Log into MyGCC.
  1. Near the top, click on MyAccount and under Personal Information select ALERT GCC Update information.
  1. There you can add/remove personal phone numbers and email addresses.
  1. You can also opt out of receiving GCC emergency Alerts.
  1. Once you make changes, click on the blue Submit Changes button.
