Overview

This internship is developed in partnership between GCC and Greenfield Public Schools. The intern will act as a help desk support professional, working between various schools in the GPS system, and based out of Greenfield Middle School.

Intern Responsibilities

Examples of responsibilities include troubleshooting the following:

Desktop and laptop computers

Printers

Audio/Visual equipment

Network connectivity

Phone systems

Preferred Qualifications

Intern should be studying Computer Science, but some accommodation may be made for a student from another discipline so long as they have completed CSC coursework

Intern needs to have access to a car, as work will vary between sites

Intern will be fingerprinted and have a CORI run, in line with GPS policy
