1. Navigate to MyGCC.

2. Click on Forgotten your username or password.

3. Enter your GCC username or your Student ID number.*

4. You will be presented with 2 of the 3 security questions you previously set up. *

5. Once you answer your security questions, click on the blue Next button.

6. Once you select a personal account, click on the blue Reset Password button.

7. An email with a temporary password will be sent to your personal email account.**

8. Use the temporary password to login to MyGCC.

9. Be sure to change the temporary password in MyGCC as it will expire.

**If you no longer have access to the personal account on file, we will need to verify your identity in person or via a Zoom call.
