Students who wish to complete a certificate or degree program at GCC and students who wish to apply for federal financial assistance need to complete an application for admission. If you just want to take classes for credit, you don't plan to graduate and you don't need financial aid, you are considered a non-matriculated student and you do not need to complete an application.
