The Public Safety Office is the central receiving point for all public safety-related communications. The office (South 110) is staffed from 8am to 10pm on college business days. Campus police/security officers are on-duty 24 hours a day and can be reached at the phone numbers below, even when the office is not staffed.
All police, fire, or medical emergency calls should be directed to Public Safety by dialing 1111 from college phones or 413-775-1111 from cell phones.

- suspect that you have COVID-19
- were exposed to someone who has tested positive or are concerned you may have been exposed
- have COVID-19 symptoms such as Fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea
