The Public Safety Office is the central receiving point for all Public Safety-related communications.  The office (South 110) is staffed from 7:30am to 5:00pm on college business days with extended hours (until 7:00pm) Monday through Thursday on school days during the fall and spring semesters.  Campus police/security officers are on-duty 24 hours a day and can be reached at the phone numbers below, even when the office is not staffed. Please use the wall phone to the left of our South 110 service window if you need to contact an officer when the office is closed.

All police, fire, or medical emergency calls should be directed to Public Safety by dialing 1111 from college phones or 413-775-1111 from cell phones.

All non-emergency calls should be directed to Public Safety by dialing 1212 from college phones or 413-775-1212 from cell phones.

Lost and Found for the Main Campus is located in the Public Safety Office.  Please also check other places you visited that may hold your item for the remainder of that day (the Library, studios, etc.).

The Downtown Center maintains its own Lost & Found in the Office of Community Education.
