Museum Passes Our museum passes provide free admission to a variety of regional museums, historic sites, and attractions. Most passes are physical items borrowed from the library, and some are also available as digital passes. How Museum Passes Work Passes are available to GCC students, staff, and faculty on a first-come, first-served basis. Physical Passes Advanced reservations are not available Must be picked up and returned at the library front desk 7-day loan Lost passes may result in a replacement fee Digital Passes Digital museum passes are available only to GCC students, staff, and faculty All pass requests must be submitted through the online form. Approved passes are sent via email. Please note: Although you receive the pass digitally, it must be printed and presented upon arrival at the museum Each pass is valid only for the single date requested Requests must be submitted at least 24 hours and no more than 72 hours in advance of the requested date Requests are processed Monday–Friday during regular business hours Digital passes are subject to availability and not guaranteed Our CWMARS partner libraries also offer museum passes to a wide range of regional museums, historic sites, and other attractions.
