The Nahman-Watson Library is located on the third floor of the core and is open to the entire GCC community, as well as to the public. Librarians can assist faculty with teaching, academic research, and basic technology skills for students.

A technology lending library for students includes laptops, Wi-Fi hotspots, graphing calculators, webcams and more.

Also available are textbook and DVD course reserves; a circulating academic print collection; extensive research databases, ejournals, and eBooks. Streaming video collections include an internal streaming server for course-related e-video reserves.

Instructional Materials and Open Educational Resources

GCC librarians collaborate with faculty to find and select the most appropriate instructional materials to suit their course objectives. The library offers guidance on digital licensing and copyright questions and supports Open Educational Resources (OERs) through Open Education Faculty Fellowships.
