Information Technology staff are available to assist with all your technology support needs during regular business hours (weekdays 8:30am-4:30 pm). All requests for support can be emailed to helpdesk@gcc.mass.edu.

Classroom Technology and Audio-Visual Support

Staff provide service and support for SMARTboards, classroom projection and sound equipment during weekday business hours. For assistance, send an email to helpdesk@gcc.mass.edu or call (413) 775-1842

Classroom computer teaching stations are set up differently in different classrooms. The way the computer monitor links to the projector, the way sound or video is adjusted, and the login may vary. Best practice is to test your classroom before the first day of classes and contact technical support if there is a problem. helpdesk@gcc.mass.edu or call x1842.

Teaching & Learning Innovation Center (TLIC)

GCC's Teaching and Learning Innovation Center is a resource for faculty and staff to create effective learning experiences throughout our community.  The TLIC provides resources located on Moodle under the GCC Links tab.
