Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certification ID: 528 The American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) for the Healthcare Provider is the only CPR certification that is accepted. Students are responsible for maintaining certification currency while in the nursing program. Expiration of CPR certification will result in removal from clinical practice. Copies of updated cards must be submitted to the administrative assistant for the Nursing Department.
