Sign people up for residential energy efficiency audits, energy efficiency improvements, solar installations, and other energy efficiency and renewable energy improvements over the phone and through our online resources. Track customer service and outcomes in the Co-op Power SalesForce database. Maintain database of energy efficiency and renewable energy incentives. Support outreach and marketing activities. Conduct surveys on customer satisfaction and track results.
Required intern qualifications
Required: Knowledge of the MassSave energy efficiency program. Knowledge of residential energy efficiency. Understanding of the financial and environmental benefits of residential energy efficiency improvements. Excellent communication skills. Well organized; able to multi-task; excellent follow-up skills; ability to help customers understand technical and financial concepts related to residential energy efficiency and renewable energy upgrades for their home; experience and comfort doing word processing, developing spreadsheets, entering and using data in a database and sending emails with attachments. Preferred: Experience working in the MassSave program doing customer service, outreach, auditing or as part of an energy efficiency crew.
